The Waarschip 27 CR feels like a 40 footer

The 27 CR is the big sister of the Waarschip 700 LD. The Waarschip 27 CR has a voluminous hull and a wide stern that gives a lot of lift. During her maiden voyage, the boat surprised all by planing at 15 knots of wind and reaching a speed of 8.8 knots. Close to the wind, the 27 CR also performed exceptionally well. The boat kept up to 20° close to the wind. These are of course very appealing performances, but the owner has been especially surprised by the ease with which the boat sails and achieves this performance.

The 27 Ultra Light takes it even further. With the lower weight, the boat planes even faster and the weight ratio makes the boat even more manageable.
