The Waarschip 27 CR feels like a 40 footer

The 27 CR is the big brother of the Waarschip 700 LD. The Waarschip 27 CR has a voluminous hull and a wide stern that gives a lot of lift. During her maiden trip, the boat surprised by going on plane with winds of 15 knots and reaching a speed of 8.8 knots. The 27 CR also performed exceptionally well upwind. The boat maintained speed up to 20° to the wind. These are of course very appealing performances, but the owner is especially surprised by the ease with which the boat sails and achieves these performances.

The 27 Ultra Light takes it up a notch. With the lower weight, the boat goes on plane even faster and the weight ratio makes the boat even more manageable.
